These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website apinexuspro.digital and your enrolment in training offered by API Nexus Pro (“we”, “us”), operating from 26 Hodgson St, Warwick Dc, Queensland, 4370, Australia.

1. Services

We provide live online technical analysis training classes, curriculum materials for enrolled students, and private chart review sessions. Content is educational. We do not provide personalised financial product advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or investment recommendations under these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Australian law. By enrolling or submitting an enquiry form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Enrolment and fees

Class fees shown on this site are informational. A place is reserved only after we confirm availability and you accept a written enrolment confirmation (email is sufficient). Fees cover instruction and materials described for that class. They do not include third-party charting platform subscriptions or market data fees.

4. Student conduct

You agree not to record, redistribute, or resell class sessions or materials without written permission. You agree to treat other students respectfully in live sessions. We may remove a participant who disrupts sessions, with refund treatment governed by our Refund Policy.

5. No performance guarantees

Trading involves risk of loss. Past examples used in class are illustrative. Completing a class does not guarantee trading profits, employment, or any particular skill outcome. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Website use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent affiliation with API Nexus Pro. We may update or withdraw pages without notice. Informational pricing and schedules may change.

7. Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, worksheets, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. Enrolled students receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal study during and after the class, not for commercial teaching.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from class participation or site use. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer guarantees. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supply of the training or the cost of re-supply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
